Argentem Creek Middle East hosted the prestigious Columbia University School of Climate Dean – Jeffrey Shaman – accompanied by Assistant Director of Strategic Initiatives – Charlotte Munson – for an exclusive fireside at the ADGM Academy during the COP28 week in UAE.
Students from diverse backgrounds had the opportunity to engage with Dean Jeffrey Shaman and Masters Program student Lucas Chapman, gaining insights into the urgent challenges of climate change, potential solutions, the academic contributions of Columbia University, and future expectations. The fireside discussion, moderated by Argentem board member and Columbia Engineering School alumna & Board Member – Paula Fontenla, captivated the curiosity of Emirati students, sparking insightful questions.
